what first?

Just bought an 04 F350 with 6.0 powerstroke. I see there are different conversations about different things to do. What is the most important maintanence to do first? What is the EGR delete deal? It has 37K miles on it. Any advice would be great. thanks.

well, first off welcome to the .org and congrats on the new truck. in my opinion the most important maintenence items are fuel filters, oil change, and a clean air filter.

Did you get any powertrain warrentee..if so be vary carefull with mods.

i agree with mudvain. change all fluids and filters cause you never know about the last owner. welcome to the org.

I would do fuel filters, and oil change

remember to use motorcraft filters only!!!
