If you live near the Springfield/Holyoke Massachusetts area and are looking for an excellent dealer its Marcotte Ford. I have just had my third perfect service experience there and felt it was time to post the info in the event someone is looking for a shop.
I started going there only because they do diesel inspections, then began to have service there as soon as I saw that they do all the fleet work for the big companies in the area (plus they have high doors and our rv can get in).
Cannot say enough about these people, they run two service shifts, one on Saturday-the place is usually full with Powerstrokes-, I requested a very early tranny flush with synthetic fluid on our E450 and the Service Mgr called during the day to let me know that the factory fill is synthetic and is not due to be service until 60k-I was impressed.
Plus the oil plug gasket was 1/2 the price of another local dealer!!
Good dealers really do need to be recognized.
