Thats what I was expecting 20 bucks to replace the element the parts guy at ford claims they don't just sell the element, the whole housing and unit have to be replaced?

Napa has them for $21, guess what got me fired up was the amount of time I tried to explain I just needed the element only and not the entire housing, guess it's much easier to have the part # before calling the parts dept.
