4" turbo back problem

So I bought a 4" turbo back for my 6.0 with a 3.5" downpipe. When it arrived the other day the directions said it was for a 7.3L. I am thinking they just sent me the wrong directions. Anyone have a picture of the 6.0 downpipe next to the 7.3 so I can identify it. Just don't feel like going through the hassle of sending it back and getting another 1.

I have installed both, but do not have pics. But, I bet one of the vendors on here could help you out. If you can't find it online.

I thought the 7.3s could run a true 4" tb?

Check the down pipe. If it is 3.5in it is for a 6.0 if it is for a 7.3 it will be 4in. I think that is right.

I already checked it and its a 3.5". The company I got it from said the 7.3L exhaust they make is a 4" downpipe so I might be good. However I am not sure if all the clamps and hangers will be right.

Well the exhaust I recieved is for a 7.3L. However got in contact with the company who sold it to me, and they are sending me out a new one today.

i ran into this same problem i dont have pics of the two but i will say that the downpipe for a 7.3 is about 2 inches shorter and has 45 degree bends and the 6.0 is longer and has 90 degree bends. so when you put the downpipe on if it dont just bolt up with no hassle it wont work
