Factory Keyless entry missing????

I just got a 2006 CC PS and it was missing the two remotes, so they sent them to me in the mail today, only problem is I cant get them programed. I am wondering if someone removed the factory keyless entry for a auto start or some type of aftermarket alarm.

Does anyone know where the factory keyless box is? I would like to see if its still there or if any wires are cut

Do you have a door keypad? If so, press the 7/8 and 9/0 buttons at the same time. If the doors lock the keyless entry controller is on board. Just make sure your keys aren't in the truck first.

As far as where its located, it seems different locations for different years is the norm. On my 04 it is behind the radio, but nearly impossible to see without some work.
