coolant additive

just seeing if or what kind of coolant additive people are using. i was told to use some because it helps reduce cavitation. but i was reading in my owners manual while trying to find capacity and what type to use i noticed it said to not add anything to the coolant

Its just a risk. just like adding a tuner. it could be amazing or awful. I put Royal Purple coolant additive in mine after I did the complete coolant flush and a PERFECT 50X50 mix. Kregan O'Reilly ppl strongly recommended RP over Redline. I used a lil under the recommend amount for the additive just for some caution.

dca adative is not needed in these motors, they dont have wet barrell liners, and with extended life coolant you would'nt use it anyway

I just used the 50-50 mix of the gold coolant and the general concensus was do not add anything else to it
