Tow-Haul in 4LOW

idk if its messed up or not. on my previous trucks i was able to put towhaul in while in 4 low but on my 07 i am not. works in 2wd and 4HI but as soon as i pull the shifter to 4LO the light goes out. Any knowledge would help alot.
