SCT Innovative/Data logging

Whats this about unplugging the battery and running it stock for a few days? I'm about to SCT Innovative tune my truck but I don't want them to void my warranty if ford finds out it was tuned. I got an 06 6.0L, does the computer store information about the tuning etc? I understand you need to program it back to stock, but aren't there ways the dealer can scan the computer for reprogramming?

I really don't want to get caught with my pants down.

Thanks in advance guys,

Thanks in advance guys,
Then don't buy it. Sometimes you have to pay to play . As far as I know, they can't see it in the computer, but they will make the case if they have to lift your heads and see the spray pattern on the piston. Some say it's a LOT different and bigger when running a fuel adder like a SCT or any other electronic power adder.

FWIW, I have had mine tuned for 20k and never had any problems
