6.0 motor install ( i love my 7.3)

here are some pics of me, arron (greenf350), my roommate ryan (his truck), my grandpa and a few other guys putting in a new motor in ryans 04 f350. first of al let me start by saying the oasis report on this truck is 5 pages long ryan bought the truck about 2 years ago with 130k miles before he bought the truck the head gaskets were replaced at 30k and 50k miles the egr system was replace 3 times and the motor was replaced at 68,000 miles.... the truck now has 160,000 miles and we are putting another motor in ....... that is why i love my 7.3.....

THIS IS A USED MOTOR WITH 80,000 MILES BUT IT CAME WITH EVERYTHING (TURBO, FICM, INTAKE TUBES, ALL KNDS OF GOODIES

IT CAME WITH A 90 DAY UNLIMITED MILE WARRANTY

THE COST OF THE MOTOR WAS $4395 (I COULD HAV GOTTEN IT CHEAPER WITHOUT THE WARRANTY

PARTS EVERWHERE

NEW MOTOR

MY GRANDFATHER AND ARRON WORKING ON THE FUEL LINES

MY CLIP WONT WORK SO WE HAD TO GO AND BUY MORE

ARRON IS HAVING FUN

NOW FOR THE TRANSMISSION

ME IN THE FORK LIFT BECAUSE THE CHERRY PICK JUST WASENT GOOD ENOUGH

WAS PRETTY EASY

AT ONE POINT THE MOTOR MOUNTS WERE GETTING HUNG UP AND IT ALMOST FLIPPED THE FORK LIFT OVER

OLD MOTOR REMOVED

IT ONLY TOOK ABOUT 5-6 HOURS TO REMOVE THE MOTOR ALL TOGETHER AND ABOUT THE SAME TO PUT IT BACK IN WE HAD ORDERED HEAD STUDS TO PUT ON THE NEW MOTOR BUT THEY WERE OIN BACK ORDER SO THAT WILL HAVE TO WAIT FOR ANOTHER TIME

FROM LEFT TO RIGHT IS ME(KAMRON, ARRON (GREENF350), RYAN AND MY GRANDPA.... ONLY 3 CASES OF BEER WERE HARMED IN THE REMOVAL OF THIS MOTOR

SORRY I DONT HAVE ANY PICS OF US PUTTING THE MOTOR BACK IN (LEFT THE CAMERS AT HOME)
HOPE YOU GUYS ENJOY THESE PICKS
