just picked up ford oilfilter comes with water filter where is that located on
my truck o4 f350

If you bought the one pictured below, then you have the fuel filter set and not the oil filter.

sorry guys it is a fuel filter set one small one that goes beside oil filter and the large one
i can't find where it goes

ZMANN gave you a link to the picture of one (second link). It is the HFCM. It is located along the drivers side frame rail (slide under your truck at the drivers side door).

and the small round drain that requires a 6mm allen key relieves the pressure and drains the water out of your system as well. the same 36mm socket that fits your oil filter fits the fuel filter on the frame rail too. here's another cool link.
