This EGR delete good?
Does anyone see anything nto good about this EGR delete? I can mod the up-pipe and get rid of the scoop and flex pipe. But, other than that can any of you see any reason why this kit wouldnt work for me? Thanks for the help! I think this is the same kit that is sold on Stealth autmotives site... Or at least use the same pics as on Stealths site. -Jim

I live in Ca. so that is the route I had to go, with all of the emission testing coming in 2010. It works great, I notice better throttle response, lower EGT"S, quicker cool down time, and much cooler coolant temps. The truck seems to be a little louder (at idle) with the pipe blocked off. With the EGR system I can puff clouds of smoke and with it blocked off, I never see an oz. of smoke, go figure.
