coolant temps

Ive got an 05 f-350 with egr delete mod, a bullydog pmt, S&B coldair intake, 4" magnaflow exhaust and a CFM big mouth intake elbow. I just updated my pmt and noticed my coolant temp is a little higher regular driving and towing(in tow setting on pmt)then it was 30mins before i updated it. my question is what is the normal temps towing and not towing -----thanks Jeremy
