Blue Smoke

Hey guys, my truck is in sig.... my question is when i start my truck and it's cold ( like sitting for 8 hours @ work or overnight) i get blue smoke out of my exhaust.... not like pouring or anything but there is definatly some blue coming out and its only until it has warmed up..... after that its all clear.
A guy a work with suggested perhaps turbo seals and oil is getting through?
My truck has 60 000 KM on it and is babied 95% of the time.
Just looking for any insight / if anyone else has had this happen on their trucks.
