Clearance Lights
Dad got his 07 F-250 about two months ago and the clearance lights dont work. im sure the are factory installed lights so my question is. where all do the have connections at and, since it didnt come with a manual, what fuse should they be on. we want them to work since it is pointless to have them and not work.
Thanks |

what all holds on that kick panal? i go the moster push pin off the side off and the step panal up enough to slide the end of the kick panal out. do you just give it a good pull toward the back and it comes lose from once you get those out? also the bulbs are good but there is come condinsation in them. i wont be able to do any more work on it till friday since dad works 3pm to 11pm shift and i go to school 7am to 3pm.

no plugs undone behind the kick panel and the bulbs are good...even tried a new bulb in one. so are my only other possabilities are they are unplug above the headliner or there is a cut wire.

If you've got running lights but no clearance lights then there is a problem with a wire or the plug in behind the kick panel. They are all on the same circuit.

i now no long think they are factory lights since i just seen them in the LMC Truck mag so now i have to chase wires

If it's the truck in your sig those aren't factory cab lights. That was the first thing that came to mind when I saw that pic.

^^^ Same as they said but yeah if you do look on the passenger side lower kick panel there should be rectangular shaped plug either gray or black for the factory lights, thinking maybe they used the factory harness with different lights maybe theres an in line fuse added on up top some where ? Remove the oh sh!t Handel on the passenger side pillar then remove the pillar there should be a wire there i would get some wire vice grip it to the ground on the battery then use a test light hooked to that . that way you know you have a good solid ground and Check the wires running up the passenger side pillar
