Are you going to do the studs with the motor still in there? Looks like you have everything organized

Looking good.. i didnt realize there was that much difference between an 03 and an 07 6.0.. im working on an 03 right now and the HPOP cover.. oil filter base and everything look a lot different.. but maybe im hallucinating..

Im not doin the work myself but yea the motor is stayin in. Were waitin on HG's to come in then it'll go back together.

did you send the heads off to get spec'd? They need to be within .002-.003 per Ford, but thats stilll not good past 30 psi. If you have a reputable machine shop around I would have them measure them and if they can do precision machining, get them to .000 or you are going to puke with more than 30psi of boost.
