No we aren't. A lot of the subcontractors that work with me have 6.0's and 80% of there trucks have blown HG's and the horse haulers around my area used to drive 6.0's but now I see them driving Cummins. If you are using it a work truck then the 6.0 isn't gonna work out. If it's gonna be a weekend driver then get the 6.0.

I Work for a irrigation company here in Texas, We have 4 03 and 04 6.0's with all of them over 200K. EVERY DAY they pull a ditcher from 11K to 25K All of them are doing great. We have 3 05 6.0's that are in great shape. One 07 that is ok other then a wheel bearing problem. and 2 6.4's All of which work there asses off and still do great. Ive got a Ditcher that is 24K that my personal 03 work truck pulls. Tiped the scales at 36.4K lbs. truck, trailer, and ditcher. hell we have had more problems out of the 2 7.3's that we have then the 6.0 rigs.

89%???? WTF kind of math is that? Did you actually go out and do a study with all the subs in the country to find that one out? I would bet my last dime that its not close to that many and I would also bet more contractors are happier with their Fords that hold up to the abuse that a work site gives than their Dodge and Chevy counter parts that run through their trucks ever couple years as fall to pieces around them!

I meant 80% and I was just talking about the subs that work for me.
