i have a 03 stroker and its been great i had head studs put in at 99K. but its ran great, only reason it was done is so that i could some better tunes. But i bought mine with 70K miles on it and its a regular cab xlt 4x4 with an 4 inch exhaust and i bought it for 10.5. if its not at less a 4x4 no, and if its not at less an xlt no. i would offer between 8.5 and 9.25 but it will run a long time ive seen over 200K, but it really alk depends if its been ran to hell and back
