Leather wrapped steering wheel sprucing up??

Does anyone make a steering wheel cover (ring) that can be placed over a steering wheel that has all the controls (heat, fan, radio, cruise)? I have found a couple of the wood grain ones that look really nice but they say they will not work on a steering wheel with all the controls. Any suggestions?

A local upholstery shop said they would redo the leather on my old 1997 7.3L steering wheel for $75. You might check some local shops to see if they would be willing to do the repair.
