Would you buy 6.0L again?

I'm thinking of trading my 99 super cab 7.3 for an 06 crew cab 6.0. A lot of people are telling me not to. A lot of people still think the 6.0 has problems, and the 7.3 is much more reliable. I was under the impression that most of the 6.0s problems have been worked out. I was hoping to get some opinions from some of you guys that have them. Especially those that went from a 7.3 to a 6.0. Thanks guys.

If it had studs and an EGR delete already done to it, YES. I love my truck, but I wish I would have waited to find one that already had studs and an egr delete.

for me its hard to say..if my engine even blew i would put a cummins in it..but if i wanted to buy an excursion or something i would buy a 6.0 again

Love my 6.0! It has been nothing but aces for me.... Tows like a beast, gets great mileage, and has never had any issues.... I would buy a second one in a second!

I'll never buy a 6.0 again. Studs did nothing for me and thats when I lost hope. I bought a 7.3 because of the 6.0.

Hard to say but I would love to have me an 06 or 07 6.0!

My next one will have a little more displacement... Like .4 more. Maybe even slightly less, .1...

But still, I wouldn't have any issues getting another 6.0.
