FUEL FILTERS!!!

I recently changed out my cousins filters on his 03 6.0. Now when i start the truck up the light on the dash wont go away??? Any help would be appreciated

need to take the allen head plug on the filter housing and drain the water out , changing the filters doesnt help that at all, the water seperator is below where the filter sits
