power steering sucks

hey guys whats up. so i got an issue. I've been through THREE power steering pumps in the last 14 months, the first one was from factory so i didn't grumble then he replacement went and it was replaced under its new part warranty, and now my third one is worn out GAIN! does anyone know what could be causing this problem (brake booster???). and is there anyone who sells aftermarket pumps that don't suck and whine like the ford ones do?

also a sidenote, the vacum pump is located right up on the passenger fender under the hood right? cuz thats gone out too. if thats not where it is what is there cuz i disconnected whatever it is thinking(more like guessing) it was my vac pump.
