Taking to dealer

Is it really necessary to set my truck computer back to stock when taking it to the dealer for normal maintenance (oil change, tire rotation, etc)

should always go back to stock when going to the dealer, never know if they will hook up to the obdII for whatever reasons. just to be on the safe side.

When taking your truck back to the dealer, how long would it take the truck to re-learn the stock setting?
