Powersteering Pump Filter Tech Help Please!

I read on the 6.0 powerstroke bullitens that if you are getting brake pedal kick back and stiff steering which I am on our 04 that theres a temporary filter you can place on the powersteering system to clean the fluid to try and eliminate these problems. What I would like to know is has anybody done this and is there a write up on this procedure anywhere or can someone tell me how this is done. Also does or did this work for anybody.
