bad ICP,HPOP leak, or bad HPOP

I was playing with my live link again and noticed that my ICP pressure was lower than it has been. I used to be able to see 1000 PSI, but now it wouldn't go past 950. And I know that is low, it's been that way since i got it, but have been waiting to do everything when I take the truck apart and do studs. but it might be awhile. so is this a leak that would be easily fixed or is it even possible for it to leak that much? and I also thought the injectors don't fire until 500 PSI, but mine starts and idles at 210 PSI , or is that just the 7.3. ICP duty cycle goes from 17% at idle to 85% past half throttle and stays there. i don't think it is the sensor because it stays pretty consistant, and the truck runs, doesn't like to start once warm, but runs. Any wisdom on this?

I think 85% is wide open on the ICP. You shouldn't see that. A small leak is probably the cause. I'd initially suspect a seal at the top of a injector, but that's just a guess.

Take a look at this article. It might help get you started.. LINKDiesel Technician Society
