my truck always made a buzzing sound for like 15 sec after i shut it off, but i had never seen another 6.0 do it.. so last week i had it in the shop, and they replaced the fuel pump and updated my PCM, whats the deal with that? funny part is i didnt notice it wasnt doing it until today!

If it's still buzzing on shutdown then you don't have the latest flash (or the dealership doesn't). There is a later flash that heats the injectors at start up (similar to the glowplugs but different) to aid with cold starts. The buzzing you hear at shutdown is the spool valves being cycled to "empty" them of oil.
