Intercooler pipe/boots upgrade

I am interested in upgrading my boots after i do the ccv mod....is there any good kits out there besides the one dieselsite offers??? And what about the pipes themselves anyone offer those or should I just paint em up I can't remember who but somebody on here has a 6 litre and painted theirs yellow (can I just use engine paint?) or somethin and it looked really good. What do you guys recommend.

I believe your talking about pitamarillo84. He has yellow intercooler pipes.

What kind of paint yall suggest??? What are Bob's boots?????

I talked to the guy with the yellow 6.0. he told me he used High Heat Paint. I am actually powdercoating mine. Bought a powdercoating gun and an oven. Hopefully they turn out nice. Got some chrome powdercoat, but there is a verity of colors. I will post some pics when I get them done

You can get them powder coated for $50-$75 in San Antonio. I doubt there's too much of a price difference around the country.
