How big of a spacer do i need to run 285/70/17 on my dually

Hi I have a o7 spd dually and I am going to get a set of maxxis big horns in 285/70/17 and just wanted to know how much spacing im going to need to use. Thanks

I would think nothing more than 1"

I run 265/75-R16 in mine with no spacers and no issues.

On my 06 dually I ran a 34 and a half inch tall tire with a 2 and a half inch leveling kit with no clearance or rubbing in any situation with no problems. I ran 265/70r19.5's on Brentz alcoa style wheels, truck was setup for towing 12000 lbs.

08 F350 Lariat SWB 4x4
Spartan tunes (120 & 210)
Pro Flo DPF/cat delete 4" syst/with muffler
AFE stage II intake
2 1/2" leveling kit/Icon adj track rod
Rancho 9000 shocks
Autopage alarm/remote start
Clarion MAX675VDII/800 watt amp and 10" sub
SS black chrome side vent screens
MotoMetal 951's with Toyo 325/60R20 A/T's
Bushwacker flares/painted to match trim
Harley grille
More to come(cause I can't ever leave well enough alone)
