You can pick up the lights off ebay, IIRC its around $100 for the set, but I dont remember for sure.
I dont think they are too hard to put on, i think they pretty much bolt right up. The hardest part would be the wiring |

My 04 F350 came with fog lights and my dad loved the look, but his 00 F250 didn't. I spent about $90 from a local place for the set of fog lights and we just wired them right into the head lights. So when the low beam lights come on they come on and when the high beams go on the fogs still go out. They bolted right up for us.

I have a 2005 F250,and I put factory fogs in I got them from autopartswarehouse.com they do bolt right up,but you'll probibly have to go to Ford for the bolts, four of the bolts are quite long and are 6mm threads.(on an 05).I wired them to a toggle swtich. You'll also have to get a bulb "pigtail" from autozone or someplace like that. You'll like the extra light on the road.I paid 85 bucks each for the lights.

I just purchased a fog light from my local dealers body shop because i had to replace the front bumper after i hit a deer. It wasnt a Ford product, but aftermarket. The passenger side fog light cost me $21, but it didnt come with the bolts to put it on the bumper
