Ok need some help...

I wasn’t look for a new truck but I came across this 05 f250 6.0 xlt Crew srw. It’s a one oner truck with 177000 miles on it the the guy that owned it died and his wife wants to sell it. she is asking 12000 for the truck the paint and interior is beautiful. I had ford run the vin and found that it had the injectors and turbo replaced no other issues. also the owner had all service records but I don’t see anything about head gaskets being replaced. So should I be concerned about that ? I did see that the oil pan is wet so it has an oil leak not sure were looks like the pan gasket but not sure. So 177000 oil leak?? $12000 what do you think?

Sounds like the guy drove a lot. I'd just trust my gut instinct for the most part, then offer her about 10,900.
