Snot in oil filter

I just change my oil it was about 4,600 miles old and its Rotella Synthetic 5w40 and Motorcraft filter anyways when I pulled my filter out in the center of it it had what look to be snot it was white in color and stringy anybody have any idea why it was this way or what caused it.

Interesting description--LMAO. Some pic's would have been nice too. Was your oil warm when you changed it and what kind of quantity are we talking here? Was there any more than just the center of the oil filter, cause I'm thinking it might have been the glue they used to attach the ends of the filter together.

And the oil was at operating temp and there was only a little bit and it was in the center of the filter.

Is it possible moisture from short tripping it. The dipstick looked fine.
