2008 center console arrived today for my 2005

I like it BUT, my old screws are to short and all the hardware stores are closed AND i will not be able to use my armrest in the seats anymore. That is okay (armrest) cause the new console doubles as the armrest. I ran power to the powerpoint built into the console.

I can't remember but do the new King Ranch's have armrests still? Could you possibly use those arm rests?

when I installed mine, I couldnt flip my arm rests down either. the console is high enough though to use it as the armrest. I just left the armrests in place. heres a pic of mine:
