Truck wont start

So the truck wont start, it is "cold" (35F), and it just wont start. Plenty of fuel, alternator and batteries are a year old. Basically I let the glowplugs do their thing, then try to fire it up. It sounds asthmatic then nothing happens. Cycle the glowplugs multiple times same thing. When im cranking it, I even give it "gas" (had to do this the last week), and still nothing. Figure maybe its filters, so drain the HFCM, and swap both filters, still the EXACT same thing. This truck is driving me nuts, so im sitting home from work now because I cant get there AAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHH. Help!

Follow the link about unlocking your box in the 6.0 tech files and you should not need new tunes.
