auto to 6spd swap no start.

2003 6.0 powerstroke truck. had auto transmission, swapped in the following parts:

-clutch & flywheel
-tranny & transfer case
-clutch hydraulics
-PCM from manual tranny truck
-tranny wiring harness from manual truck
-clutch and brake pedal
-manual transmission cooler lines

The truck ran and drove before the swap. However it will not start. You can jump the starter and the truck will run, therefore there is no signal to engage starter. The plug for the connecter on the clutch pedal was tied up out of the way in the cab harness. It has power to it and is plugged in.

What to do now?

change fuse box?

any help is much appreciated.

I think there is a connector that you need to jump.
