Turndown/Dumped Exhaust

Im thinking about dumping mine right in front of the axle with a turndown.

I used to have mine dumped right behind the rear axle. It made the underside of the bed a sooty mess

Got mine dumped just before the passenger rear, but pointed toward whomever is next to me. That wheel gets a little sooty, but not a big deal.

I hated the soot. one black wheel 3 chrome. if it's in the middle of the truck underneath it'll be a huge mess everywhere. I loved the loudness of it, but the mess was just too much after a while.

Ditto. I had the parts that came with the kit but I figured I try it out for a while without it. I liked it a lot more once I ran it out the back and got my tip on. It also sounded a lot better finished out.

mine id dumped right behind the rear axle .....and i also installed a turn out right before the muffler so i can run straight pipe when i want too

i always wanted to dump mine right under the cab, doubt it can get much louder than 5" all the way back but i could be wrong

Does someone actually make a kit for a dumped exhaust or do you have to have it custome made?

On my farm boy kit and I'm sure most of them work the same, the tailpipe piece connects right behind the axle. Just leave that piece off
