Front Axel universal joint service

I recently noticed some of the universal joints have grease fittings. For the front steering 4X4 shaft joint. what grease is recommended for the two universal front Axel joints... I have standard high temp wheel barring grease.... is that good or is there something special that they require?


and are there any other parts on the truck that have grease fittings or just any other part that needs some service oil or just needs to be lubed every once in a while???... besides trans, diff, engine, and transfer case?? 2006 F-350 6.0L lariat
