tranny slipping?

i installed the spartan hybrid race tune in my truck a coulple weeks ago and when i got on it from a rolling start it felt like the motor was revving up but the truck wasnt going. at first i thought the tires were spining( the road was wet.) then the next evening i did it the same thing on dry roads and same thing happend. then i took the spartan tune out and installed the canned tune and i think its still slipping. truck has 70000 on it and has never been abused other than the occasional sprint to 60. i thought the 6.0 tranny was good for 500+ ponies?

There should be no reason for it to have been changed if your only at 70K. I would think fluid is 1/2 to 3/4 low
