:woot: zoodad mod complete! Now whether or not it helps anything I wont know till I check fuel mileage. Using my scangauge I did notice without zoodad intake temps were about 2 degrees higher then ambient temps and after the zoodad mod intake temps were about 2 degrees lower then ambient temps. So I guess thats a good little result! I used an inch and 3/8 hole saw bit and drilled 8 holes on the piece blocking the intake and used epoxy to secure a screen behing so it turned out pretty decent.
Zoodad Mod is good for letting bugs get on your filter element and when it rains it will let water in also other than that I think testing has shown it's good for nothing LOL
Well so far ive noticed 3-4 degrees cooler intake temps on scangauge but ill post back on mpg changes and power...I think about time for new filter though looked a little dark. So thatll help as well. Stock intake.
