installed my muffler backwards???

Ok Well I was installing a 4" exhaust for a buddy and after the installation we realized we installed the muffler backwards. Should we be worried and will the noise be different. Will we get more noise out of the muffler if we turn it around the way it was meant to be.

If you look inside the muffler ther are baffles that kill the noise, if faced in the direction it was meant to be it will be quiter. If your looking for that sweet note just staight pipe it or just leave the muffler the way you have it.
