I sure wouldn't use Wix filters in the 6.0L. Use Racor, International, Motorcraft, or any OEM "Style" with the proper patent numbers on them. MANY problems are due to will-fit filters that actually do not fit or are poor quality. Not sure why supplying NAPA guarantees good quality???
Oil - fill it to the full mark and no further. Some say 14 qts and some say 15 qts. Probably either are ok -just do not overfill.
Tranny - 6-9 quarts if you just drop the pan and refill - the drain amount is a little variable. It takes 18 quarts to fill a totally empty system. Just be aware that the torque converter fluid does not drain out. You will have to do a flush to get that fluid out.
