My VIN is 1FTNW21P94ED49453. A late build 2004 F250.
Bought an update kit from Sinister/PSD Parts on eBay.
6 0 Powerstroke Update Kit 05 07 Blue Spring STC Dummy Plug Turbo Supply Drain | eBay
Kit includes:
4C3Z-9B246-F STC HPOP Fitting Update Kit (could cause a no hot start issue within the high pressure oil system)
3C3Z-9T517-AG Blue Spring Kit (keeps more fuel in the lines by decreasing return pressure by 10%)
6C3Z-9T515-A Updated Oil Drain Tube (Original drain tube was very restrictive, keeping hot oil in the turbo)
6E7Z-9A332-B Stand Pipe/Dummy Plug Kit -- Most Up-to-Date Version(Often the cause of a "No hot start" issue)
9C3Z-8101-B / RS-527 Degas Bottle Cap (The most important part on a 6.0, keeping cooling system pressures in check.)
3C3Z-9T516-A Turbo Feed Line (Factory drain line had a steel braided portion, update is a solid steel design)
I'm having my mechanic do a new OEM oil cooler/EGR delete (IPR Research) at the same time. Making sure my T's are crossed so I'm without the truck for an extended period of time. Flushed it with Restore and Restore+ on 3/31 and filled with Zerex EC1 ELC (Fumoto's made life so easy on both drains).
Am I missing anything on my late '04 build 250? I will bring my leftover distilled and 1/2 gal ELC to top everything off. Hoping this brings down my 26+ degree deltas and prevents HG drama at least for a little while.
