SCT will not load tune

I just bought a SCT X3 and the extreme street tune from eric. When i try to load the file it says "Index was outside the bounds of the array". I have resarted it several times and reinstalled the firmware and updates and still nothing.

that happened to me. it was casue i changed the name of the file when i saved it.
