Proper wheel offset will be key here. I've got 35s on as 2.5 leveling kit. So I can't see why not. It's something I've thought about doing myself. I did read a write up once where someone installed 40s on 4", I think. Could have been 6" lift, but almost certain it was 4. He did have some major fender work, but in the end the fenders looked stock, no extended flares either.
I understand why you would want to - But why deal with all the headaches involved? The speedo is now 5+/- mph off, turbo is gonna lag behind on the highway, mpg is gonna suffer.
I've already had a F250 on 35s, I enjoyed it but I have always wanted it to be a little taller and now that I just bought a new one it's time to take it a bit taller than 35s and a leveling kit. a 6" lift just feels like a little too tall to pull the 40ft gooseneck or the camper, so we'll see. Also, I'll reset the speedo like we do with all of our lifted vehicles, and I honestly don't care about mpgs
you can run 37s on a stock truck with the proper wheel offset, so with that being said yes I see no problems running a 37 with a 4.5 inch lift
