I just received my tuner and i am trying to contact them about it but not getting any answer.

I just got mine too about 2 hrs ago. I talked to Ted and he said that Eric isnt coming in to about 430 or 5 then he will email out the tunes. I'm sitting he waiting on the email.... Im so anxious!

LOL, i hear that his tunes ROCK!!! i have DJ's tune now, buti am gonna upgrade!!! maybe by this weekend!

Did you have to down load software in order to upload your stratagey to email it? How did that work?
