Please Help ASAP

Well In the last monthe the good ol 6.0 has been lettin me down. I did head studs head gaskets egr, and 4 injectors. Last night I was messing around and when hammer own at about 30 it feels like I just let way out of it and the truck goes like nowhere. Also sometimes there is a terrible noise its alost like a grinding noise and you can feel it in the cab a little bit and it seems to be coming from right underneath or just in front and I can kinda feel it in the skinny pedal. Also there seems to be a little wet oil on the bell housing right behind the oil pan (i think its oil) and I looked up but dont see it running down from anywhere. Please help guys I am really dissappointed in this truck right now! This happens with or without the chip and seems to be when everthing is warm like the engine and trans.
