Back to puking after gaskets and studs.....

I did head gaskets and studs on a 06' truck. I started puking around 20k miles and slowly got worse. I did gaskets and studs around 35k miles. About 40k I noticed a little bit of puking and its slowly getting worse again......I deleted the EGR when I did the studs and gaskets.

What could cause this? Warped heads/back deck on the block? I just dont know what direction I should go with this thing now

There is a VERY small tolerence. I think the minimum deck height for the head is 3.75". Usually you can clean them up if they haven't been cut before, but I wouldn't go more than .006 or .008.
