fuel filter change

I know the top filter housing can be removed with a half inch drive ratchet and the fuel/water seperator with a 6mm allan. But what about the lower fuel filter housing. Really cold outside and dont wanna check. Thanks

36mm socket. same as the oil filter housing.

Or 1 7/16" worked on mine, not sure metric to standard conversion but it worked.
