Down Pipe Rubbing

Man I get my stud put on and now my down pipe is rubbing against the firewall! I've spent the last several hours trying to fix this and I'm stumped, any ideas? It's now to the point where it only does it if the frame flexes or I hit a speed bump hard. What to do???

Loosen turbo flange bolt and lower down pipe clamp. Twist downpipe where you get most clearance and have someone tighten turbo flange bolt at the same time. Should help. Hope ya don't have 4" down pipe .....
