another cold start ?
i currently live in an apartment and can not plug in my block heater. its already in the low 20s what if anything am i gona hurt by not plugin in the block heater? thanks for all your help.

You won't hurt anything as long as you let the engine warm up before taking off, If it gets to cold cycle the glow plugs a couple times before cranking.
