Air Intake

I've been searching the threads and have seen that the stock intake in the 6.0 is good enough up to 500hp .. and people say it's not really worth getting an aftermarket one ... but i was wondering is an aftermarket one (looking at the S&B) going to increase HP TQ and MPG?? ... cause if it is, to me that makes it worth it what do you all think about the increases

Why not spend $300 on an SCT with custom tunes for MUCH better results over the S&B?

im getting the sct next friday when raul has his black friday sale .. but i figured if the intake adds hp tq and mpg i'd get that as well ...

it will provide better flow... its not necessary but it will def flow better..... they claim an increase in MPG and HP

knowing what i know now, i wouldve put that money towards a tuner first. it definately flows a bit better, and makes a killer sound under throttle.
