high idle for manual?

is there a high idle mod for a manual? i cant get it to work on my truck 04 6.0 6 speed. i hope i aint crazy. thanks

On the newer cummins you can set the cruise control and it will bring up idle. Try that

Is the parking brake set?

Works great on my truck, set the parking brake and flip the switch is all it takes, some times it will not work right off hand and takes a couple seconds or better, or either i have to reset the brake but none the less it works pretty much flawless

i connected the white with the blue stripe and the blue with the yellow stripe like it says and mine dosent idle up at all

I posted this awhile back... its not supposed to work on the Manuals..Something about a different program loaded into the ECM - I never tried it on mine, cause like I said, was told that it wouldnt work, that id have to get the high idle with a programmer or something aftermarket.. or use the Ford Module which is like 300 bucks...

It worked on mine, wired the same way as the auto trans. Parking brake set and wobble stick in neutral

Mine works on my 05. Like regor said, I too have to reset the P-brake, shake the shifter, or just reflip the switch sometimes.
